Here at Grillo Living, we are increasing our team and looking for experienced and proactive individuals to join us!

Following our launch at the Chelsea Flower Show in 2018, we have been designing, building and installing outdoor kitchens all over the UK. We listened. What people wanted were outdoor kitchens that suited the British outdoors. Beautiful in design, yet simple in construction.

As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers entering our sales funnel either via trade referrals or direct marketing campaigns. Your mission is to provide an exceptional first impression, qualify each lead, and kickstart an inspiring customer journey.

You'll reach out to warm inbound leads, understand their needs, assess fit, and book them in for a consultation with one of our expert Kitchen Design Consultants. This role blends sales acumen with a passion for customer service and communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Contact inbound leads from digital marketing and TradePro partners in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Qualify leads against pre-defined criteria (budget, project scope, timeline, etc.) Clearly explain our products and solutions, and guide prospects into the early stages of our design process. Manage the handoff process, ensuring smooth scheduling of design consultations. Input accurate lead data into the CRM and maintain contact records. Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and re-engage stalled leads where appropriate. Provide feedback on lead quality to marketing and sales teams. Help improve onboarding scripts and outreach templates as part of continuous improvement. Represent our brand with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

What We're Looking For:



1+ year of experience in a customer-facing or sales role (inbound or outbound). Self-motivated, tenacious character. Strong verbal and written communication and are confident and engaging on the phone. Empathetic, good listener, and genuinely curious about people and their needs. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads at once. Comfortable using CRM systems and basic sales tools. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to pitch in and help improve our sales process.
Bonus if you have:

Experience in home improvement, interior/garden design, or B2C sales. Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
