What You'll Do




As

Customer Relations Manager

, you will:

Lead, coach and develop the Customer Relations team

to deliver exceptional service and fulfil their potential.

Oversee the day-to-day delivery

of owner, member, and guest experiences across the park.

Manage key guest services

including reception, concierge and cleaning partners to ensure consistent standards.

Proactively communicate

with owners and guests, sharing updates, stories and information in engaging ways.

Resolve customer queries and complaints

professionally and efficiently, implementing continuous improvements.

Oversee all relevant systems

and registers (e.g., ANPR, Freshdesk, owner and guest records) to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate local marketing, membership communications and community events

.

Support financial administration

tasks including petty cash, debt management and credit reconciliation.

Ensure compliance

with health, safety and security procedures, working closely with the security team.

Deputise for the Park Manager when required.


Who We're Looking For




You'll bring:

Proven experience

leading and developing a customer service or guest relations team.

Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, calm, and professional approach

to problem-solving and service recovery.

Experience

in hospitality, leisure, or property environments (advantageous but not essential).

Strong computer literacy

, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer management systems.

Confidence handling sensitive information

and maintaining confidentiality.

A passion for creating exceptional experiences

for customers and colleagues alike.

Full UK driving licence

(preferred).
