Join the Braemar Finance Team as a Customer Relationship Specialist where you will provide efficient and effective service to Hirers, Suppliers and Brokers ('Customers'), understanding their needs and requirements, working to exceed those wherever possible, along with providing solid and consistent support to the Sales team.
Our ideal team member will have be able to display excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority and liaise effectively with other internal departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Sales/Customers to smooth the onboarding and agreement set-up processes with a focus on getting things right first time and providing an efficient, effective service to our customers, providing real-time updates to customers and other interested parties when required
Provide support to the Sales/Customers with processing of new proposals, including checks on anti-money laundering, credit searching, linking exposures and loading and checking assets
Responsible for checking and collating documentation and associated paperwork in a timely manner to ensure Customer needs are met and CBAFL are in full compliance with current legislation and credit approvals
Preparing accurate payments to suppliers, brokers and customers
Ensure all relevant internal checks and reviews are completed accurately and in line with company procedures
Load all types of finance agreements to ALFA system, with a full understanding of how each agreement and product works
Responsible for issuing Welcome Pack to all customers within agreed timescales and including all relevant documentation
Process deposits and initial payments on ALFA system
Support Sales Team by speaking to Customers, and internal stakeholders to progress with new business transactions
Assist with Customer calls, which may include a phone divert when Sales are unavailable or on annual leave.

An ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proven experience of working proactively and taking initiative
Numerate with analytical ability
Strong interpersonal skills, quick to develop and maintain relationship both internally and externally
Experience of providing excellent Customer support
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU POSSESS:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Products
Previous knowledge and experience of the Financial Services Industry and in similar operational or customer facing roles
