Job Responsibilities
Maintain strong communication with existing customers to foster relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues and provide efficient, professional support.
Identify customer needs, proactively offer solutions, and deepen collaboration.
Participate in customer events, collect feedback, and optimize customer experiences.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve team goals.
Requirements
Outstanding verbal communication skills with excellent eloquence.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly.
Strong initiative and sense of responsibility, with a passion for the role.
Flexible problem-solving skills and a positive attitude when facing challenges.
Relevant experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Working Time: 2pm-11pm
