Customer Renewals Associate

, you'll play a key role in maintaining

strong client relationships

and

ensuring seamless renewals

. You'll be:


??Managing and processing contract renewals for existing customers.

?? Building strong relationships to understand customer needs and timelines.

?? Working closely with account managers to support retention strategies.

?? Handling renewal documentation and ensuring accurate records.

?? Identifying opportunities to improve the renewal experience.

?? Communicating regularly with customers via email and phone.

?? Helping reduce churn and support long-term customer success.
