They opened a new office in Cardiff around 12 months ago and have grown considerably in that time frame.There are now 40 employees in Cardiff and 100 employees based in their original site in Essex. Key Responsibilities...
- You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers wishing to purchase medical travel insurance
- You will need to identify customers\' needs to provide appropriate optional extras so you can maximise your sales opportunities
- You will need to achieve personal sales and performance targets, which contribute to the overriding business objectives
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Able to travel into Cardiff City Centre
What\'s on Offer
A starting salary of \xc2\xa325,000, inclusive of a training bonus of \xc2\xa3250 for the first 6 months. From six months onwards the OTE is a very realistic \xc2\xa335,000 or more with our generous monthly Commission Scheme and quarterly Elite Bonus.
