Key Responsibilities
Provide
customer service
support by phone and email, ensuring a professional and friendly approach.
Assist with
telesales and marketing
activities to promote products and services.
Carry out
general office and administrative tasks
, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Support
accounts administration
functions using Sage 50 Accounts Software (training provided if required).
Maintain accurate and organised records, both digital and paper-based.
Customer trade counter relief,
when required, providing helpful and efficient service.
About You
Previous experience in an
office, administrative, or customer service
role is desirable, but not essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with
Sage 50 Accounts Software
would be an advantage - however, training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team.
Able to work alone, using your own initiative, if required
