Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Services Representative for our fabulous Sales Team

General Duties include



Candidates will have good working knowledge of MS Excel with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Act as the customer primary point of contact for commercial and logistic enquiries. Perform Account Management: Monitor and optimize sales growth within your selected accounts, make outgoing sales calls to customers to secure sales opportunities, follow up on quotations and projects whilst maintaining high level of customer satisfaction. Timely preparation of quotations and contract bids in response to customer enquiries. These quotations to take account of customer needs and internal policies and procedures Follow-up of quotations to ensure LISI Aerospace win business or if not, to obtain details of reason for failure to win. Review incoming customer purchase orders to ensure requirements conform to quotation/contract and that they can be met by LISI Aerospace. Accurately enter customer purchase order as sales order into LISI system. Acknowledge sales order, market feedback, competition position, competition sales policy. Process and transmit order amendments to the plants. Monitor and report on customer order book status Compliance of sales and Quality Procedure. Respond to general/routine queries from customers. Highlight potential problems with service to customers to appropriate personnel within LISI and proactively look for solutions. Ensure all paperwork is filed in accordance with sales procedures.

Other functions



You will report to the UK Sales Manager and provide additional assistance for any sales activities that may be required to support the business

Education/Qualifications



GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (Grade C +) is essential

Experience and Knowledge



It would be desirable to have worked within a manufacturing environment, but not essential Sales Force (CRM) is desirable, but not essential It is essential to be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office (Proficient in Word, Advance use of Excel)

Skills and Abilities



Work collaboratively with the ability to influence where necessary is essential

Pay: 28,362.17 per year
