Do you want to join a vibrant company that serves the dental sector? We are on the lookout for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to become part of the Qudent team in Worthing, West Sussex, a reputable branch of the Value & Service Dental Group based in High Wycombe.

In this position, you will be the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries about products and orders while offering general assistance. This is a fantastic chance to represent Qudent, where you will be tasked with selling and promoting our wide array of dental products.

The perfect candidate will have a minimum of two years of sales experience; while a background in dentistry is a plus, it is not essential as we will provide product training. We seek someone who is eager to learn, has a friendly, fun and positive attitude, and understands sales principles well.

Key Responsibilities:



Driving new sales

Process customer orders efficiently

Ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices

Manage incoming calls and various communication channels

Provide assistance to team members

Date driven lead qualification

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Exhibit excellent time management abilities

Maintain and update sales and customer databases

Stay updated on new products and features

Handle incoming calls

Perform administrative tasks

Engage in prospecting and lead generation

Attend and represent the company at dental exhibitions
