is a Hereford based business, specializing in height safety and scaffolding supplies. We cater to a large range of industries such as scaffolding construction, bricklaying, oil & gas and many more. We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team as maternity cover for a period of 10-12 months.
Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, the
Customer Service Executive
will maintain the following duties and should have the following skillset:
Main Duties
Answering incoming phone calls
Monitoring the sales email inbox
Processing online orders from website
Quoting customers who call in or email
Printing orders/generating pick notes for the dispatch team
Setting up new customer accounts
Dealing with/resolving/escalating customer complaints
Any other reasonable tasks within the scope of the role
About you
Proven experience in a customer service or support role
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
Strong IT and Microsoft office literacy
A positive, problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
Adaptability and a willingness to support colleagues when needed
A sense of humour and a friendly, approachable attitude

Temporary, salaried position (pro-rata)
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
