Processing customer quotations & sales orders, and ensuring fulfilment either from stock or product specifically sourced for the customer need.

We are looking for an individual to support customer sales and so support our business expansion across the region. In this role you will need to:
Deal efficiently with incoming branch sales orders & enquiries received via email and customer telephone calls.
Be responsible for key customer accounts - understanding their requirements and providing a high level of sales service.
Proactively contact customers with occasional visits to build regular sales and recognise opportunities for sales growth.
Source and buy product for specific sales requirements.
Offer product knowledge and advice to customers and colleagues as required.
Candidates with knowledge of providing engineering or manufacturing sector supplies within a depot environment would be at an advantage, but there are many similar background experiences which would be useful to add to the breadth of our internal knowledge.
As an organisation we provide specific product and ongoing job training and have opportunities for career progression as we grow. The role requires computer skills and accuracy, but our team are given a lot of independence to work in a way to ensure we build long term relations with our customers.
