We're now looking for a

Customer Sales Support

professional to join our friendly and ambitious team in Ilkeston.

About the Role

As part of our Sales Support Team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth running of their print and campaign requirements. You'll work on a mix of online and bespoke projects, from initial briefing through to final delivery and invoicing.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable communicating with both clients and suppliers, and can confidently manage their own workload while contributing to the wider team.

You don't need a print background

, we'll train you, but you do need to bring energy, accuracy, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Handling day-to-day customer requirements, both online and offline Processing orders from brief through to delivery and invoice Using and maintaining our online print portal (The Marketing Resource Centre) Monitoring customer stock levels and providing usage reports Liaising with suppliers to source quotes and ensure timelines are met Following up on customer quotes and maintaining clear communication General administrative duties including filing, order updates, and call handling Working closely with the support team leader and covering team absences when needed Supporting continuous improvement of internal processes

What We're Looking For

Skills & Experience

Strong IT skills (particularly Microsoft Office) Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Strong written and verbal communication Able to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively Experience in a customer support or administrative role Print or marketing knowledge is helpful but not essential
