Customer Service Account Coordinator

Job Description

Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm. (with a degree of flexibility for the right candidate)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and will play a crucial role in supporting our account management efforts, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional customer service and support. This position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Duties



Inputting daily orders onto the Road Runner transport management system. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and providing updates on delivery status. Associated administrative tasks. Collaborate with the other departments to develop strategies for process improvement, and client retention and satisfaction. Prepare error reports and communicate to stakeholders on a daily basis Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions. Using strong problem solving skills you will manage client information and identify and rectify errors.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a customer service, sales or account management role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building relationships. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
