We have a

fabulous opportunity

to join our customer service & admin team at our Yeovil site.



This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.




Your new role:





Reporting to the Office Team Leader, and as part of a small team, you will be:


Liaising with the site team and central functions, to ensure all customer issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively; Acting as the link between the customer services team and Production/Transport; Ensuring efficient administration of all employee matters at the site as required to support the central HR and Payroll team, including note-taking, monitoring absence and probations and ensuring all paperwork is scanned and filed accurately; Providing, producing and analysing information and reports as required by the business; Providing administrative support to all team members such as producing letters, scanning, filing, monitoring stock levels and purchasing items when requested.

What do I need to apply?





We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 1 years' previous experience in a similar role, so perhaps you have worked in a call centre dealing with customers over the phone or online which is fast-paced and where no two days are the same. You will need good IT skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, possess excellent communication skills - both verbally and written, have the ability to manage your own workload and have superior attention to detail. You will need proof of eligibility to Work in the UK.
