Job Description

JM Wholesale, a leading UK distributor and manufacturer of vape and CBD products, seeks a dynamic Customer Service Administrator to manage our online B2B service.

You'll be the primary point of contact for our business clients, building strong relationships, providing exceptional support, and ensuring seamless account management.

Responsibilities include managing key accounts, processing trade registrations, and driving client satisfaction and retention. This role offers significant growth potential, including future leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring outstanding service and seamless account management. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, driving satisfaction and retention. Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone inquiries, ensuring clear communication. Efficiently manage multiple email inboxes to maintain timely responses. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment. Oversee and manage client onboarding, ensuring a seamless registration process. Handle and resolve order-related issues while keeping clients informed. Process and manage order returns, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills:



Minimum of 2 Years' Experience in Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support. Exceptional Communication Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Meticulous Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong time-management skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Self-Motivated and Multi-Tasking Proficiency: Capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in utilizing tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to enhance productivity.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:



Account Management Experience: Previous experience in managing client accounts is highly valued. Knowledge of E-commerce: Familiarity with online retail models and logistics. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of vaping and CBD products is a significant advantage.
