How you will Energise Our Team
The Change of Tenancy Coordinator plays a key role in reviewing and validating tenancy change requests received through multiple channels. Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced department, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail, ensuring tasks are completed with precision and efficiency.
The day-to-day responsibilities will involve but not be limited to the following:
Manage change of tenancy (COT) requests via telephone, email, and live chat, ensuring all information is recorded accurately and efficiently
Verify, investigate, and resolve change of tenancy cases in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Act as the first point of contact for customers moving into or out of their premises, delivering a professional and positive experience
Process and update all change of tenancy requests promptly and with a high level of accuracy
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams both verbally and in writing to ensure smooth transitions
Investigate and resolve discrepancies within change of tenancy details, ensuring issues are handled swiftly and appropriately
Identify and recommend opportunities for process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

The Spark we're Looking For
Minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues, identify solutions, and deliver effective resolutions
Confident and professional when making outbound calls to gather change of tenancy information
High attention to detail and accuracy across all aspects of work
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and develop positive working relationships
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure
Capable of multitasking and adapting within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
