Customer Service Advisor: Office Based

RESPONSIBILITIES

Take full ownership of the customer experience Provide a high standard of customer service via phone and email Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently Resolve customer queries or escalate to relevant departments Process orders accurately and promptly Update customers on delivery schedules and stock availability Manage queries related to uplifts, shortages, PODs, credits, and re-invoicing Collaborate with internal departments (Supply Chain, Warehouse, Sales, Technical) Provide quotations and process orders using SAP Liaise with external carriers Offer product alternatives and share product knowledge Direct customers to appropriate distributors

JOB ROLE

Reporting to: Customer Service & QMS Manager

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our office-based Customer Service team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to deliver excellent customer experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

Good IT skills and a general idea of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Good written and oral communication skills Comfortable with working with data Resilience under pressure. Passionate about delivering a good customer experience Patient and friendly personality/team player. Good time management
