To Your Home Ltd are a family-run online retail business based in Millhouse Green, near Thurlstone. We are a well-established local firm and are looking to expand our office-based team to cater for increased sales. We are now hiring for a full-time Customer Service Advisor, who will play a key role in liasing with customers, dealing with all of their different types of enquiries.
Daily duties will include:
Communicating with customers by e-mail, phone and chat
Provide assistance with matters relating to sales, products and couriers
Assist with the processing of returns and refunds
Creating courier labels for outbound and inbound deliveries
Communicating with the warehouse team about specific customer orders
Creation of End-of-Day Courier Manifests
Processing courier claims for items that are damaged or lost in transit
Direct experience in this type of role is not essential, but you must be able to show excellent interpersonal skills and be able to back this up with examples of general customer service experience. We are looking for an individual who is willing to show dedication and an excellent work ethic. The successful candidate will be able to show the following skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Record keeping skills in order to bring attention to management to specific issues and possible methods of improvement
The role will be based in Millhouse Green, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm. We are looking for an individual to work full time hours with a salary of 24,000 per annum.
