Job Description
Adexa Direct Ltd is a leading supplier, importer, and distributor of Professional Catering Equipment via its e-Commerce site. As the business grows, we are looking to strengthen and expand our team
Prime Objective:
To deliver an outstanding customer experience in a timely matter resolving all customer queries via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and gather relevant customer information Handle email queries through Freshdesk tickets from start to finish Resolve customer complaints and issues Assist with returns and refunds Provide product support with help from other departments Complete administrative tasks and update customer records Handle warranty issues and arrange product replacements
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience A-Level education or equivalent Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Key Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly Ownership of tasks to ensure timely resolution Problem-solving skills and ability to escalate when necessary Attention to detail and good time management Teamwork, empathy, and adaptability
