We're looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join our team, you'll be the first point of contact for our existing customers who take card payments / merchant services with us. You will deal with their enquiries and provide them with a First-Class experience, interacting with them to ensure every step is taken to provide them with a first-time round solution.

This role will also include but not be limited to:
Managing and maintaining our Customer Experience inbox, ensuring that emails are responded back to in a timely manner, with professionalism shown throughout
Actively contributing to improving the Customer Experience team processes and procedures
Maintaining a close and supportive relationship with our sales teams
