The Role: Customer Care Assistant - Part Time

Location: Harlow - CM20 2FB

Working Hours: Monday & Friday 8:30am - 16:30pm / 12 hours per week / 1 hour lunch break

Join our team as a Customer Care Assistant



Join Warwick Estates as the

first friendly voice and helping hand

for our customers. You'll be at the heart of our service, answering calls and live chats from leaseholders, contractors, and directors, making sure every enquiry is handled with care and professionalism.

What you'll be doing



Be the first point of contact by phone, live chat and email, answering queries and directing enquiries quickly and professionally.

Support leaseholders, contractors, and directors with clear information and a helpful attitude.

Handle a variety of queries, relating to different departments around the business.

Provide great customer service while keeping accurate records in our systems.

Get involved in broader property management tasks as you grow in the role.

Qualifications & Skills



Essential



Possess an excellent telephone manner

1-2 years within a Customer Service environment

Good organisational skills

Good Information Technology (IT) skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, Outlook

Desired



A basic understanding of Property Management principles
