We're now looking for a Customer Service Agent who loves helping people and thrives in a busy, team-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same -- but you'll always be at the heart of keeping things running efficiently!

Your day might include:

?Answering calls and emails from customers in a friendly, professional

?Scheduling engineers for boiler services, repairs, and installations.

?Managing customer service contracts and helping with renewals.

?Coordinating with engineers and office staff to make sure every job runs smoothly.

?Keeping our customer database up to date and accurate.

?Supporting the wider office team with admin tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you:
? Enjoy talking to people on the phone and solving problems.
? Have strong communication and organisation skills.
? Can stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
? Are confident using computers and modern office systems.

?Excellent time keeping & happy with early starts in the morning
? Have experience in customer service (

bonus if you've worked in trades, maintenance, or utilities).

Don't worry if you haven't worked in gas or heating before -- full training will be given!
