You will seek to resolve customer queries at the first point of contact where possible and use your brilliant communication skills to handle sometimes complex but rewarding conversations.
You will join a friendly and welcoming Company. No experience is needed as you will receive training and plenty of support to help you do the job. Some days you will be helping people place their orders online and other days you will be helping with support queries or handing out leaflets at marketing events or doorstep drops.

Key duties will include:
Call handling.
Directing calls and placing orders on internal systems.
Utilising a CRM, creating customer accounts, raising tickets, ensuring notes are taken.
Handling a LiveChat service, providing customer service as necessary.
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
Any other administrative duties.
Assisting in the provision of hardware, shipping, and preparing for dispatch.
