We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused

Customer Service Agent

to join our fantastic team at

Bristol Airport

. This is a permanent position working a fixed

4 on / 4 off shift pattern

, including

day and night shifts

.

Responsibilities and Duties

Deliver excellent customer service to passengers. Inbound and outbound phone calls Answer emails Working in a fast-paced environment Solving problems Help manage disruption situations in a calm, professional manner. Work closely with airport and airlines team.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong communication and people skill. A calm and professional approach under pressure. Flexibility to work days and nights on a rota basis. Team player attitude. Computer literate. Previous experience in customer service or an airport environment is a bonus , but not essential.
