The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Newcastle on a full time basis. This is a hybrid role working from the office 2-3 days a week as well as a requirement to work one day during the weekend with a day off during the week. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

  • Act as the first point of contact for Pockit customers via email and phone.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with the company process
  • Provide daily support and assistance to the Customer Service Manager.
  • Keep various systems updated with customer call and email information.
  • Liaising with Customer Operations, FRC, and Technical teams to ensure customer re-verifications, personal data and/or direct debit updates and issues are completed and resolved in a timely manner.

Who you are

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • At least 1 years experience in a customer facing role
  • Willingness to learn/have some knowledge or understanding of the FCA\xe2\x80\x99s regulatory framework
  • Knowledge of the Fintech/challenger banking sector and understanding how this applies to this role, is desirable
