About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Customer Service Agent to join our friendly team at Discovery Park. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with:
Memberships and course subscriptions
Cancellations
General enquiries
Driving sales and promoting our services and promotions
Upselling, and promotional activity call
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in customer service and/or sales
A confident, pleasant telephone manner
Strong written communication for email and social media
A knack for picking up digital systems and using them efficiently
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
This is a shift-based role, including evenings and weekends, to ensure we provide the best support to our customers and facility users.
