We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent based in Plymouth or Exeter but with the flexibility of some home based work.

Role Description

This is a part time position for an experienced, hands-on Customer Service Agent with photography skills. We require someone to work from 10 hours - 25 hours per week.

A full time position may be considered for the right applicant.

The position is predominantly home based but will involve regular office based meetings with colleagues in Plymouth or Exeter.

As a small fast growing company you will need a flexible and proactive approach and willing to pitch in to help colleagues as required.

This is what you would be doing:

Processing online photo orders Checking the quality of photos ordered for print Retouching photos as required Supporting customers by responding to a range of enquiries via email and social media in a timely and helpful manner Investigating and resolving customer issue Maintaining customer records by updating account and order information and recording details of any customer issues/inquiries
You will work in a small team under the direction of the customer service manager and it is essential that you are a proactive self starter, a team player and happy to pitch in to help colleagues with marketing support etc wherever necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

You will need:

A minimum of 1 year's customer service experience An interest in photography and ideally a degree in photography or a related subject Computer literacy (Apple Mac) including a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Excel Good written and spoken English skills To be hard-working, self-motivated and able to self manage To care about detail and have high standards Previous experience working in an e-commerce or photo printing lab would be a plus
