We are a small online retail business which has experienced fast growth of the last 8 years. This role will play a big part in the next phase of our growth. We import high end tools from USA and Japan for resale to customers worldwide.

Our Customer Experience Agents represent our premium brands in an engaging and informative way.

Team fit is really important to the business, getting the balance right between being friendly & approachable while maintaining a very high standard of customer service, which we are renowned for is key.

Typical tasks;



Front line customer service via email and social media Warranty processing Order return processing

Days of work;

Wed to Friday with a 30min check in for social media on Saturday & Sunday (on team rota, typically 1 weekend a month).

The ability to cover team holiday Mon & Tues in the year would be preferable, this would be very adhoc basis.

Hours;



22.5 hrs per week Salary 23,800-27,000 pro rata

Required;



Excellent Microsoft Office skills Social media experience - Instagram, FaceBook, YouTube, (TikTok preferable)

Desirable;



Experience in Ecommerce retail, preferably with Shopify platform Meta Business suite for social media inboxes

Location:



The first 1 to 2 months would require in office working until we feel that you are competent to start hybrid working.

After training, we would be looking for 2 days a week in the office (near Wedmore, Somerset) with the remaining day remote.

The in-office days would be with the rest of the team as feel its important to see each other regularly still.

This is a critical role for the business and we need applicants to be enthusiastic in the role and fit in with our small team dynamic.
