to support our students and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Role Overview:
As a
Customer Service & Administration Apprentice
, you'll assist in handling student enquiries, updating learner records, managing digital course materials, and supporting day-to-day admin. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in business, customer service, or online education.
You'll be supported by a friendly, experienced team and gain valuable skills in communication, systems, and remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Respond to enquiries via email, chat, or social media in a friendly and professional manner
Help learners with accessing courses, certificates, and account setup
Follow up with previous and current students for feedback, support, and retention
Provide clear, helpful information about our course offerings and processes
Administration
Update and maintain student directories and internal databases
Issue digital course certificates and track completions
Assist with managing course bookings, payments, and enrolment data
Keep digital files and course documentation organised and accurate
Online Course Operations
Upload course materials to our platform(s)
Assist with checking and updating course content and FAQ pages
Support the team in coordinating international learners across time zones
Help prepare reports and summaries related to learner activity and feedback
What You'll Learn:
Digital customer service best practices
Use of CRM and e-learning platforms (such as Teachable, Thinkific, or similar)
Business communication and professional etiquette
International operations and admin in a global training business
Time and task management in a remote or hybrid setting
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in beauty, wellness, or online education
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Basic digital literacy (email, spreadsheets, file management)
Reliable, positive, and eager to learn
Desirable (but not required):
Experience in a customer-facing or admin role
Knowledge of social media or online platforms
Spanish speaking, bilingual
