Job description
Working closely as support as customer service for online shops and events.
Ensuring all Customer online shop orders are progressed through to completion working within tight deadlines.
Scheduling and working within our workforce to organise day to day jobs within time restraints.
To gain knowledge of products within our industry.
High level of customer service is vital as will need to manage our on-line shops and respond to demands of customers queries following through to despatch of orders working within tight deadlines
Must have good working knowledge of computer packages to include Microsoft and Excel
Must be enthusiastic and able to multi task
This role will suit someone who is able to work occasional weekends attending events
Ideally be able to drive with Full UK drivers licence
