Customer Service & Admin Executive - Special Occasion Linen

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to join our small team in our Special Occasion Linen division.



The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.



Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will be:


Handling phone calls from our customers regarding orders, amendments, cancellations and complaints; Investigating any complaints as quickly and as thoroughly as possible, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained; Attending production meetings and taking detailed notes of the discussions and decisions made during the meeting such as project timelines, production issues etc. Stock and inventory management; Managing the team in the absence of the Customer Services Manager, providing guidance and motivation to the team.

What do I need to have to apply?

We are looking for someone first and foremost who has previous customer service experience and good admin skills. You will need to be computer literate (MS Outlook in particular and if you have used a CRM before, even better!), have the ability to remain calm under pressure, and able to work well as part of a team, possess excellent communication skills - both verbally and written, and have the ability and desire to solve problems. We are also looking for candidates who can really build good relationships with the customers and take the time to support them, so empathy and patience are also key. You will need to have proof of Right to Work in the UK.
