From our UK office based in Crowborough we operate, maintain, monitor and manage the portfolios of solar PV assets for their owners whose solar systems are installed both in the UK and Switzerland. The services we provide are to clients who value a professional, efficient and cost effective solar asset management programme that optimises the generation yields of their solar PV installation assets.

The Company is continually growing through acquisition and we are now looking for an experienced Customer Service and Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our small, friendly team at our Crowborough office.

Main tasks and responsibities:



To provide an efficient and effective service to our customers Update and maintain Asset Management software To accurately record and monitor maintenance queries on the company database Answer telephone calls and queries professionally, accurately and consistently Monitor, manage and action incoming emails Liaise with customers on the progress of their maintenance enquiry Raise job sheets, order parts, chase up and monitor progress Liaise closely with contractors to ensure that repairs are carried out to the required timeframe and standard Raise purchase orders Check and process invoices Produce and send letters General day to day administration tasks

Skills, experience and attributes required:



A flexible team player, with a keen interest in renewable energies and green technology

At least 2 years experience in a customer service role

Proficient in using Microsoft products and general IT literacy Committed to providing a high level of customer care Excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations Ability to manage and prioritise own workload Able to work as part of a team, but also independently An awareness and understanding of Health and Safety
