Customer Service & Operations Manager
to lead a team across customer service, production scheduling, and logistics.
This is a senior role with real progression potential -- including the opportunity to become a shareholder in the business.
The Role
Lead, coach and develop a small team covering customer service, scheduling and logistics.
Oversee production planning to ensure orders are delivered on time and resources are used efficiently.
Manage both our own fleet of drivers and external transport partners to ensure reliable, cost-effective deliveries.
Work closely with suppliers, customers and production teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Drive improvements in customer service, planning and logistics performance.
About You
Proven experience managing teams in customer service, operations or logistics.
Strong knowledge of scheduling/planning in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Skilled in building relationships with transport partners and suppliers.
A hands-on leader with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Skills & Experience Required:
Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience managing teams in customer service, production scheduling, or logistics, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing both internal drivers and external transport providers.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes for converting board into boxes is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with relevant systems (ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office).
