We are seeking a reliable and motivated customer service/Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to customer service in the morning and warehouse duties on an afternoon. Duties

Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, utilizing problem-solving skills to find the best solutions.
Guide customers through our products/services, offering clear and accurate information.
Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately
Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues and improve overall processes.
Encourage use of the B2B/B2C platforms online.
Duties within the warehouse on an afternoon
Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Manage stock levels through accurate picking, packing, and replenishment activities.
Operate CIM software to track inventory movements and update records.
Assist with shipping and receiving procedures, including preparing items for dispatch and verifying incoming deliveries.
Handle goods with care, adhering to safety protocols, including lifting when required with appropriate equipment.
Perform assembly tasks, following and creating written processes to produce finished goods.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service and a warehouse environment is preferred ; training will be provided.
Proficiency in using forklift trucks safely; certification is advantageous.
Familiarity with Sage 50 and CIM is preferred
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, excellent communication skills and active listening
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic numeracy skills for inventory counting and data entry.
