As the first point of contact for visitors, you provide a warm welcome and accurate information to prospective students, as well as support with clerical tasks including handling phone calls, mail, and data entry. This one-year apprenticeship offers valuable, hands-on experience in a busy educational environment, based primarily at our Bury St Edmunds campus, with occasional travel to other sites.
You will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, while studying towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification through West Suffolk College. To be eligible, you will need GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grades 4 - 9. We also welcome applicants with other relevant qualifications or experience and can tailor the apprenticeship accordingly. We"e looking for someone with excellent communication and customer care skills, strong organisation and teamwork abilities, initiative, and a professional, friendly approach.
