Advantage Auto Parts is an online retailer of car part based in Coventry.
We are looking for bright, talented, and enthusiastic people to join our ecommerce customer service team. This is a permanent opportunity that will suit ambitious individuals who are looking to build a successful career in sales and customer service. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in working in a similar role.
Usual working hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm or until daily tasks are completed
Main Responsibilities:
Answering Inbound telephone sales and calls
Responding to customer queries via all ecommerce channels-Ebay, Amazon, Website
Responding to customers in a professional, polite, accurate and enthusiastic manner
Highlighting benefits to potential customers
Exploring potential solutions for customers
Offering excellent customer service
Delivering / exceeding targets and KPI's
Contributing to team's success
Promoting the brand
Assisting with other ad hoc duties as and when required
The Person:
Experience working in a similar role
Pays attention to detail
A flexible team player
Work autonomously and uses common sense
Must have good computer skills
A good time keeper
Must speak English due to the nature of the job
Understanding of ebay preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: 7.55-8.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
