Apprentice Customer Service Assistant
Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about helping others? Join our team at Actif as an Apprentice Customer Service Assistant and take the first step toward a rewarding career in customer service.
As an apprentice, you'll work closely with experienced staff to welcome and support customers, handle enquiries, and provide excellent front-of-house service. You'll gain valuable experience in using booking systems, dealing with a variety of customer needs, and ensuring a positive experience for all who use our facilities.
You'll be at the heart of our centres, helping to keep things running smoothly while building strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Full training and support will be provided as you work towards a recognised customer service qualification. All you need is a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and a friendly approach. You will also have the chance to develop and use Welsh language skills to help us reach even more people, supporting a bilingual and inclusive approach to promoting leisure and wellbeing in the county.

If you are successful at the recruitment day you will be invited to attend an interview with the team on the 7th or 8th August 2025.
