Are you a people person with a passion for great service? You'll be the friendly face behind the window - helping customers plan their journeys, purchase tickets, and get the support they need

What you'll do:

Sell tickets and travel products confidently and accurately Offer advice on fares, routes, timetables, and reservations Provide alternative travel options during delays or disruptions Deliver excellent, personalised customer service Maintain a professional and approachable presence at the counte

What we're looking for:

Clear and confident communication skills Comfortable using IT and ticketing systems (training provided) A helpful, friendly and professional manner Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and early/late hours
