Customer Service Assistant

Casual 12.21 per hour

Monday to Sunday shift rota pattern

Do you like fresh air and working outside? We have casual contracts available with an immediate start for Customer Service Assistants at our campsites.

We are looking for positive, creative energetic people who are essential to the day to day running of our caravan park and meet the expectations of a welcoming, efficient service and commercial excellence at an outstanding venue. You will be required to meet and greet customers as they arrive, answer telephone enquiries in a warm and friendly manner and address basic administration duties associated with managing our guests on site.

Your role will be based at one main site, however from time to time you may be asked to work at one of the other sites.

We have positions available at:

Lee Valley Caravan Park, Dobbs Weir Lee Valley Campsite, Sewardstone Lee Valley Camping and Caravan Park, Edmonton
