Customer Service Assistant

Your Role Will Involve:



Answering customer queries via phone, email and occasionally in person. Providing accurate information and professional support--no scripts! Logging calls and updating internal systems with key details. Following up on enquiries and making sure customers feel looked after. Working with other departments to resolve issues quickly and smoothly.

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or admin. Friendly, clear communicator with strong attention to detail. Calm under pressure and confident managing a busy inbox or phone line. Able to start immediately or within short notice. A reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
