9-10

HOURS PER WEEK (FORECOURT CLEANER)

Your own transport is essential for this position, due to the location of the Service station.

Our Forecourt Service Champions are often the first people our customers meet when they arrive at our service station. They help to keep customers safe as well as helping them to select the right fuel and fill up. They also keep the station clean, safe and ensure everything working well. Above all, they enjoy helping customers to have a great day.

You will become part of a friendly and well motivated team. You will need to provide a high level of customer service whilst dealing with a variety of tasks including:

Welcoming and greeting customers.

Keep Customers informed of current in-store promotions and Shells Loyalty Reward Scheme

Providing great customer satisfaction through excellent service. Keeping the station looking great. Helping customers using forecourt services, such as air and water. Understanding customers' needs and wants. Knowing about our products and sharing that knowledge with customers.
We are looking for people who will always be friendly and welcoming to customers, giving them full attention and treating them as guests. Other important qualities are:

Looking professional and well-presented. Working well under pressure and without constant supervision. Knowing all about the products we sell and being ready to explain them to customers. Being a great communicator - talking with customers and taking time to understand what they need. Enjoying working outdoors. Being sincere and positive at all times.
Full training will be given to the successful candidate for this permanent work. There are plenty of opportunities for the right person to progress within our organisation.
