We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette, enabling them to assist a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address recurring issues.
Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Be efficient in using Excel, Microsoft 365, inhouse billing system among other systems.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills in English.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Capability to analyse information and provide solutions based on customer needs.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Full training on our inhouse systems will be provided.
