```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently via the Prize shop redemption system
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

- Maintain high cleaning standards, throughout the venue. I.e glass cleaning and dusting of arcade machines, and back of house ( storage areas ).

```Requirements```
- Excellent communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

Pay: 11.75-12.50 per hour
