We are recruiting for a

Customer Service & Business Development Support Graduate

to join our team in the North of England (Teesside).

This is a structured development role designed for a

recent graduate with a business or engineering-related qualification

, aiming to transition into a client-facing, revenue-generating position within 18-24 months.

Essential Experience, Qualifications and Competencies



Degree qualified in Business Management, Engineering or similar. Highly motivated to achieve targets Ability to build proactive relationships with customers and team members. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and determined. Commercially astute and customer-focused. Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Willingness to travel across the North of England and to other Hydrasun offices.

Desirable Experience, Qualifications and Competencies



A qualification and / or training courses in selling techniques and methods. S/NVQ level 3 in Customer Services.Knowledge of fluid power systems, instrumentation, or industrial sectors. Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Understanding of engineering or business-related principles.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



Learn and apply Hydrasun's systems, values, and operational standards. Support internal teams and customers to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery. Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and orders with accuracy and efficiency. Conduct basic technical reviews of documentation (training provided). Develop new and existing customer relationships across various sectors and regions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Hydrasun's growth strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and delivery timelines. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safe working practices. Take ownership of personal development goals and contribute to team objectives.
