We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our Cardiff City Centre Head Office. This role involves direct client interaction, handling calls, and coordinating project activities to ensure a seamless journey from acceptance to completion. You'll play a key part in supporting the Construction Team, while also managing essential administrative and client-facing tasks.
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls, providing professional support and accurate updates.
Make outgoing calls to customers, site teams, and other stakeholders to confirm progress, gather information, and resolve issues.
Manage client engagement throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring updates are timely and clear.
Log, track, and follow up on client requests, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
Support the Construction Team with scheduling, documentation, and progress reporting.
Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows.
Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.
Chase design teams, legal teams, and external stakeholders to keep projects progressing smoothly.
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing.
Experience in call handling, administration, or a client-facing role (essential).
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
Team-oriented, with a positive and professional approach to work.
