Role: Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: \xc2\xa3Competitive

Location: Doncaster (On-site)

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00am to 16:30pm, and Friday 08:00am to 13:00pm

Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time

Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays (plus 8 bank holidays)

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently managing orders, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer concerns. This position is integral to maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers and ensuring the smooth flow of our operations.

What you will be doing\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Price repairs and spot overhauls accurately.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customers\' Requests for Quotations and inquiries.
  • Book customer contracts, orders, and schedules.
  • Manage and update customer order books.
  • Coordinate material service exchanges when necessary.
  • Lead or participate in customer reviews to address their needs.
  • Address and manage customer concerns, including rejections and Non-Conformance Reports.
  • Collaborate with various departments within Wabtec to meet customer requirements.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly order intake and sales forecasting reviews.
