Duties of the Customer Service Coordinator:
- Utilising telephone with customer and key stakeholders.
- Placing forward inbound orders
- Maintain and update the CRM database
- Ensuring all spreadsheets and systems are up to date and correct.
- Managing the end to end order process
- Calling customer to follow up warm leads
The successful candidate will be/have:
- Confident telephone manner.

- Able to work on own initiative.

- B2B customer experience
- CRM knowledge would be advantageous
