Customer Service Coordinator
to become a key part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a vital front-of-house and clinical support role, helping to ensure patients have a smooth, supportive, and positive experience every step of the way.
Reception & Patient Care:
Greet patients warmly and be the friendly face of our clinic
Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups with accuracy
Answer calls, emails, and social media enquiries professionally and promptly
Follow up with prospective clients and patient requests in a confident manner
Discuss finance and payment plans with clarity and confidence
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Handle payments and billing queries efficiently
Ensure the reception and patient areas remain clean, tidy, and welcoming
Clinical Support:
Assist chiropractors by helping perform non-invasive nervous system scans (full training provided)
Safely and confidently place patients on traction benches and support them during setup
Prepare treatment rooms between appointments and help maintain smooth clinic flow
Observe and support patients with care and attentiveness
Requirements:
A genuine passion for helping others and an interest in health and wellness
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable discussing finance options with patients
Competent with handling telephone systems and managing customer needs
Strong admin skills with a keen eye for detail and multitasking
Friendly, self-motivated, and happy to go the extra mile
Calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude
Confident working both independently and as part of a close-knit team
Comfortable working around physical therapy equipment and patients during treatments (full training provided)
Flexibility to work between
7:30 am and 7:30 pm Monday to Friday
, and
8:30 am - 1:30 pm Saturdays
Proficiency or interest in
