Customer Service Coordinator

. We are looking for someone who will make an impact building good relationships with customers whilst continually striving to exceed their expectations.Your key responsibilities as Customer Service Coordinator will include:
Managing the lifecycle of a customer order Liaising with customers on all aspects of their orders Processing all orders timely and efficiently Working collaboratively across the business ensuring customers receive their order right and on time Liaise with purchasing department to ensure all stock is available Liaise with the transport department to organise on time delivery Review orders daily and react accordingly Produce all delivery dockets
