The Role:
At Kinetico, we need great people. The Customer Service Co-ordinator is a key member of Kinetico UK's D2C team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. This role manages customer enquiries, assists engineer scheduling, processes customer orders, and oversees warranty obligations. The position will gradually build product knowledge to provide pre and post-sales support, ensuring alignment with Kinetico's high standards for service quality and customer satisfaction.
