The Role:

At Kinetico, we need great people. The Customer Service Co-ordinator is a key member of Kinetico UK's D2C team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. This role manages customer enquiries, assists engineer scheduling, processes customer orders, and oversees warranty obligations. The position will gradually build product knowledge to provide pre and post-sales support, ensuring alignment with Kinetico's high standards for service quality and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

Customer Service & Support



o Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

o Resolve customer issues efficiently, always ensuring a high standard of service.

o Manage and coordinate Kinetico's warranty obligations, including product returns and exchanges.

Order Management & Administration



o Process customer orders accurately, including data entry and documentation.

o Maintain customer records, logs, and correspondence in line with company procedures.

o Support administrative functions such as invoicing, reporting, and CRM updates.

Engineer Coordination & Logistics



o Schedule and coordinate on-site engineer visits to optimise resource utilisation and reduce lead times.

o Communicate effectively with field teams to ensure smooth delivery of service appointments.

o Monitor job progress and follow up on outstanding tasks to maintain customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge & Training



o Develop a thorough understanding of Kinetico products to support informed customer interactions.

o Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Collaboration & Teamwork



o Work closely with Customer Experience, Customer Integration, and Sales teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.

o Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices with colleagues.
